Living options

Short-term accommodation

Short-term accommodation is also known as respite support.

We provide short-term, 24-hour accommodation support at our Ethel Street site.

If appropriate, we can also provide this support at another place.

Independent living support

We can support you with your day-to-day living and social needs, in your own home.

We can help you:

  • learn new things
  • make choices about your life
  • take part in your local community.

Some examples of things we can help you with include:

  • medical appointments
  • working out a budget and going to the bank
  • reading mail.

Personal care

We can provide you with physical and domestic care needs that support you to:

  • live as independently as possible
  • take part in your local community.

We can provide personal care support:

  • in your home
  • in your workplace
  • during one of our programs.

Shared supported accommodation

We provide housing and in-home support services.

This may be in a group home, or another living arrangement where our staff can support the needs of the people living there.

Shared supported accommodation will help you:

  • look after your home, such as cleaning and shopping
  • look after yourself, such as getting food ready, eating and getting dressed
  • with personal care, such as going to the toilet and bathing.
  • take part in your local community.
