We will treat any information you give us as confidential. This means we won’t share it without your consent.
Your feedback will be sent directly to the Quality and Risk team. They’ll let you know when they’ve received your feedback.
If you send us a complaint, the Quality and Risk Team will give you information about how we handle complaints, your rights when making a complaint and how long it might take for us to find a solution.
If you choose not to share your name with us (anonymous) your feedback will still be sent to the appropriate area within Northern Support Services for them to take action.
However, if you choose not to share your name with us, we won’t be able to reply to your feedback.
